Focused sanitizing of the two rooms that need it most: counters, sinks, appliances, tile and fixtures. Useful on its own when the rest of the house is fine, and the part of every other clean we take most seriously.

Tell us about the space
How many rooms and bathrooms, roughly what size, and how often you want it done. We price it in writing before we start.

Pick a time
We agree a day and an arrival window that suit you. We work Mon–Fri, 9–5, so the clean happens inside those hours — no vague "sometime".

We do the work
We work room by room to a set checklist: floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, kitchen and bathrooms wiped down. The same list every visit.

We check before we leave
We walk the space against the checklist before we go. Anything that isn't right, we put right on the spot.
